I am a master of translation with any service, like a movie, book, or project in many languages. I am studying and live in English speaking country. I speak and write in English every day and have been approached by many people who come from many different countries. I also have a bachelor's degree from ECU university and am studying nursing. I am very confident that I have earned many essential skills.

Communication. I will be responsive in a timely and communicate with clients in a clear, easy-to-understand way to solve the problem. Empathy I am very good at understanding and identifying the feelings of others and communicating accordingly.

Patience. If Clients and customers might ask several questions and ask to repeat instructions several times. I am pleased and  Patience to keep the conversation on track, remain personable, and provide a positive experience. Technical knowledge, very effectively solving problems; I am very richin technical or industry knowledge to help the client resolve the issue.

In conversation, I am good at listening to record action items and complete any follow-up tasks. Effectively working with others in different ways to help create an effective solution for the client.
