I was born in Oporto, Portugal, with portuguese parents and a spanish grandmother. Studied in a portuguese public school since the age 5, and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree, also in Porto, with a college grade of 16, and an internship and thesis grade of 19. I have 4 months experience in administrative tasks working as a receptionist on a highly rated restaurant in Lisbon (where I live now). My work consisted in answering calls, booking tables and reunions, and talking to the clients (most of them foreigners from other countries, as the restaurant takes place at a very touristic area), making them feel comfortable and welcome when they arrived. I was too responsible for all the communication of the restaurant on social networks. I also worked as a production assistant for a small period of time in a pre-production phase of an independent movie in Portugal. My tasks involved translating documents in order to send them to international committees looking for investors for the movie. Sadly, the project didn’t go through. With a background in healthcare, it is easy for me to do translations related with this kind of topics, due to the fact that my course was mainly taught in english, and my thesis was also presented in this foreign language. I guarantee accurate translation and a very professional attitude. I’m concise and responsible, and always respect deadlines.
