Every day I make beautiful digital products and generate new ideas on how to make them more comfortable and understandable. I make user analytics like user interviews, customer journey maps, empathy maps. I define user problems. I do this with affinity diagrams, the "point of view" method, the 5 with technic. Then I make competitive analysis, research, and collect product reviews, do brainstorming, and sketch all my ideas on paper. To find out If the product is valid I look into web analytics like Google Analytics, Hotjar, Crazy Egg, KissMetrics. Based on this information, I make a Mind map. After that, I make information architecture and prototypes. Then we approve everything with the team, I make the final design, test it, and give it to the layout designer.
