A UX Designer works on websites, applications, intranets, online communities or software and they encompass one or more of the following elements (depending on the company) information architecture, interaction design, visual design front end and research
1) Develop user flows, Prototypes, and Wireframes
2) Conduct competitor analysis, customer analysis and user research
3) Continuously iterate on solutions to make the product increasingly effective and delightful for users
