• Initiate, design & manage user experience research and testing, including usability testing, contextual interviews, competitor analysis and benchmark research. • UX Reviews of existing websites and apps against industry heuristics and best practices to identify problems that impact user experience. • Work with business stakeholders to gather and test business requirements using qualitative methods.
