Step 1: First of all I will make sure that i understand your problem and objective,

Step 2: I will do research from or about your users.

Step 3: I will build persona, create users stories, scenario map, site map and user flow

With figma or Adobe XD

Step 4: I will create wireframes and low fidelity prototype

Step 5: I will create mockups and high fidelity prototype

NB: I will validate with you the solution of each step before starting the next.

And finally you will get a USABLE, EQUITABLE, ENJOYABLE et USEFUL DESIGN. That means, the solution will be easier to use, marketable to people with diverse abilities and backgrounds, will create positive connections with users, and solve their problem.
