Business Owners, have you ever encounter the below questions from your bookkeeper / accountant : - Please provide the supporting invoices for the check payment (Check no. XXXXX) for our further handling. [The check was issued about 12 months ago, how can I find the invoice now?] - There is a deposit showed up in your company's bank account, please provide further information as to the nature of this deposit. [I didn't even know that there was such a deposit until my bookkeeper inform me, how can I track it?] - There is still two months invoices missing for your office rental paid, please provide the corresponding invoices for record keeping.
