Jeneeva Claud is a Virtual assistant who is now a participant on the DICT DJTPh program that provides training to give her a broad knowledge in doing Virtual assistance. She has almost five-year experience as a Customer and Technical Support and considered as one of the skills as a Virtual assistant. Over the years of her experience, her communication skill has developed a lot and boost her confidence to communicate well and provide the best customer experience. Her practice upholds a purposeful approach to her work, achieving decisive and clear results. Being self-motivated and assertive leads her to provide solutions on the specific task that was given to her. She is efficient in providing knowledge and opinionated to response in all inquiries. Able to focus on work even without supervision and was able to complete the task shows that she is goal-oriented. For her most recent work, she was an Outbound Research Analysts. She handles accounts that deals with executives and high-ranking individuals. She reached out to specific clients that was based in different location internationally. She let them know about the specific poll and let them complete it. This poll will help them to understand what is the status of their company or firms, and on what sector they excel. Aside of being Customer service support, she also has an experience in doing some graphic designs. She is knowledgeable in using Canva and basic on Photoshop. She also managed to deal with basic photo editing that enhance her imagination to have a creative work. Her long-term goal is to become a Professional Virtual Assistant. She’s open to challenges, conversations and in exchanging ideas from others to help her gain and boost her confidence in finding clients virtually.
