My last job was as a Virtual Assistant for an American Amazon store where i was responsible for multiple tasks like;  an email, phone and chat support for Amazon.com, a US-Based online shopping website. We respond to customers' inquiries via email- may it be related to any product listed on the website, replacements or refunds, billing concerns, tracking an order, any account-related changes or information, and a lot more queries regarding online-purchasing.
