I have an average of 70 to 72 wpm with 91% accuracy which is very essential in customer service. We use 15 softwares for our day to day tasks. This helped me enhance my multitasking skills whilst maintaining top quality score. Aside from this, we are receiving 3 customers at the same time for our Chat support channel (UK account). Having this kind of queue has given me training in time management. Working in the call center industry helped me honed my English speaking and writing skills to C1 - Advanced level. I am also familiar with Zendesk CRM tool, Shopify and Amazon Seller Central. During my stay at this industry, I was promoted as a Subject Matter Expert wherein I handled agents that will then be endorsed to production.
