In my experience as a clerk office worker for 10 years , dealing with peoples in everyday life, calling clients ,checking emails with different purposes regarding with communication skills, computer and office management . I can still mange even some client are not in good mood to do business, handle the bad situation and look for the solution on it as early as possible that both parties agreed.
