My varied work experience has made me a versatile person, and thanks to that I can easily adapt to new roles and job requirements. While working at Sitel I was praised to be an accountable person, diligent and efficient call agent who pays attention to details and has a practical customer approach, and at the same time a great contribute to maintain team spirit. While working at Scandinavian Health Programs, C/X Critical Expedite and Halldis I've had a chance to obtain a good range of administration experience, including data entry, maintaining databases, dealing with invoices and other accounts information. As Customer Service Representative in Scandinavian Health Programs AS I was closely involved with technical preparation of each student on how to use online learning management system. I am always eager to learn new things, which brought me to my present employer, Sizmek, and exploring the advertising industry. Not only have I gained valuable perspective of digital advertising, but I have also managed to exceed my team leader's expectations and improve customer relationship with many clients (publishers, media agencies and creative agencies). Additionally, due to the opportunities to travel to European countries and spend two years living and studying in Spain, I was able to experience various situations from the point of view of common people and keep in touch with people from diverse backgrounds.
