Virtual Assistant - PT temp to FT Perm

$24/hr Starting at $100

Are you a growing company that needs an increasing amount of administrative tasks completed? I am looking for a part time temp position that could become permanent if there is a good fit. I am exceptionally good at being an administrative assistant and I am extremely motivated to make a smooth transition into virtual assistance. I would ultimately like to travel full time, and I would like to make enough money to live on while I do so. If you and I are a good fit and I can pull it off, you will literally get to see the world through me as I travel. I have experience working with remote employees, so I am comfortable receiving direction from phone and Skype sessions. If you think I could take a little off your plate, let me know! I am available 5:30 to 10:30pm MST most day to complete tasks. I can send my resume if you would prefer, but here is a brief description of my current responsibilities: Advanced Microsoft Office and Google Docs skills needed to enter & update data, mail merge, craft letters, labels, spreadsheets, forms and newsletters. Core Competencies: Detail minded: Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness; monitor own work to ensure quality and organization. Strong attention to detail while multitasking. CommunicationSkills: Clearly and persuasively communicate, listen and seek clarifications; participate in meetings, write clearly and informatively. Initiative - Demonstrate ability to work independently and as part of a team; exhibit sound and accurate discernment, including prioritization and time management skills. Able to provide support to multiple team members at a time. Computer Skills: Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs, ability to learn and adapt to new technologies. Customer Service: Prioritizes internal and external interactions and responds appropriately. Integrity: Work well in a rapidly changing environment; treat others with respect and consideration; accept responsibility for own actions; positive/upbeat attitude. Flexibility: Able to multitask in a changing work environment. Handle challenging demands and unexpected events. Willing to change approach to best fit the situation.
