I graduated university at the end of 2017 with a double degree in Human Resources Management and, International Tourism and Hotel Management. Throughout my schooling I worked as a supervisor of a large clothing retail chain, then towards the end of my degree, I obtained a position at a four-star hotel as a Front Desk Agent and within three months I was then moved up to tackle the Night Audit position. This position allowed me to gain real-world experience that then helped me move forward in my career goals. In June 2018, I made the decision to move to Canada to travel and increase my experience in the hotel and tourism industry. While I was in Canada, I worked at in the Front Office, Night Audit, Ski Valet, Concierge, Bell, Housekeeping, Banquets and Retail departments. After helping out in various departments around the hotel, it taught me how crucial it is to work together and how each department drastically assists in the guest's overall stay. Throughout my years working in such big customer facing roles, I have learnt the importance of flexibility, communication, time management and of course, customer service I pride myself on my extensive knowledge and experience as well as exceptional verbal and written communication and hard working “can do” attitude. I always strive to give 110% in my day-to- day duties. I also have experience in Microsoft, scheduling, time management, and ability to maintain my composure while working in a fast-paced environment. When it comes to dealing with difficult situations weather it be issues with guests or employees, I feel completely comfortable in handling it. In my years of experience, I have trained countless staff members and been the person they come to for any questions or assistance. With this in mind, I know what makes to be asset. I returned back to Brisbane end of last year to study part-time online my Masters Degree in Employment Relations and International Business. I have dived into the world of freelancing as I believe that I have a lot to offer and will work hard to get the results you need in a timely manner.
