I have worked with Strang Communications for almost 5 years located in Lake Mary, FL. The company combined had a regular circulation of 1.2 million subscribers and about 420,000 paid subscribers. I would regularly produce a list selection with specific demographics for us to produce cold calls. I would manage a team to increase bulk sales also to Librarians and Church organizations. I would up sell and cross sell our product lines of self-published books and full line of penguin books. A substantial part of our subscribers were overseas. I also joined the membership marketing team at ESPN/BASS in Celebration, FL. My objective was to select lists for our telemarketing teams to call daily. The magazines were composed of membership only subscribers and controlled subscribers. Many of these calls were cold calls.
