I've been working in the BPO industry for 5 years now and dealing with customers around the world, this experience taught me to become competitive and learn techniques when dealing with foreign customers. I am a teacher by profession too and doing home-based teaching to professionals in Japan and China. So working from home and online is not new to me. I wish to expand my industry this time and wanting to work as VA. I may not have experienced yet in this nature, but I can easily learn the basics and can work on the required skills to be expert.
