I am very much interested on the position that was posted. I am a hardworking individual with less supervision. I worked as a hotel nurse under HR administration. I am well familiar with Insurances. and I am well trained in regards to customer service, setting up meeting, calling clients on your behalf,doing report and submits on time and I know how to use the google calendar and also I well trained with excel and have a little background on Quickbooks. I am also a Nurse by profession and a Diabetic Educator. I have the said hardware requirement and my internet is up-to 20mbps which its only me who uses it. I can be a great asset on your company, given the fact that i was working with 1 of the BPO company here in Cebu for 3 years before and was even promoted to escalation department where in I no longer take calls.
