My full name is Aira Ginne P. Pring, a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Computer Science last 2019.  I started working as a Customer Service Representative for a seasonal sales account (Macy's Omnichannel and Bloomingdales New York) last September 2019 and the contract ended last January 2020. Wherein we receive customer's incoming calls, we assist them in choosing the item they want to order according to their prepared brand, designs, size, and colors. Placing their orders, processing the payments and shipping, Updating their account information, tracking their orders, setting up callbacks if needed, and answering and solving customer's issues.

 Second, I started working from home as a phone Customer Service Representative for a telco account (AT&T USA) last  February 2020, and the contract ended last July 2020. Where we receive phone calls from customers who are ordering devices, handled their inquiries regarding AT&T services like postpaid plans, tv bundles, phone purchase, and account queries. We also help customers in resolving their issues, right fitting their needs and also setting up callbacks, and making outgoing calls if needed.

Third, I worked from home as a Live chat and phone Customer Service Representative for a telco account (T-Mobile USA). I started September 2020 up to the present. Were in we receive phone calls from customers who are ordering devices, pricing, handling their inquiries regarding AT&T services like postpaid plans, tv bundles, phone purchases, and account queries. We also help customers in resolving their issues, right fitting their needs and also setting up callbacks, and making outgoing calls if needed. Making sure that all their concerns in each call are well handled and make sure they will get the best customer service they experienced.

And Lastly, I have 3 years of experience in Data Entry( Encoder) for a trading business for medical supply last March 2015 up to April 2018.

I have basic knowledge in social media management using social media sites such as Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. I also have knowledge of email support and as a virtual assistant. 

I am proficient in using Google Docs, Microsoft office, and using different Operating Systems.

I personally guarantee that I am organized, strong attention to detail can be easily trained, and a fast learner. I can assure to give outstanding results, long term relationships, professionalism, and works with integrity t at all times. And also, I am a techy person, and it easy for me to learn new software that is needed for the job.
