I've been working from a BPO industry from the past 10years and I should say that I've handled numerous accounts in terms of sales, customer service and financial line of businesses. I am very eager to learn new things in such a way that my skills would be developed the way I wanted it to be to help my future clients on their work. Here are some of the skills that I know - Basic Office/Admin works such as using MS Office(Word, Excel and PowerPoint) - Basic Photo and Video Editing works such as using Adobe Photoshop/Adobe Premiere Pro - Know how to conducts inbound and outbound calls for as long as there is an orientation on what to do, I have no problem on speaking in English as a second language. -Have experienced using some CRM tools such as Salesforce and Oracle database tools
