I've been working as a Technical Support of a Mobile Phone Provider in US for 3 years, been working with the customers problems with their phone including the activation/deactivation/upgrade and even changing numbers/porting numbers. One year and a half as Customer Service Representative in Travel account which I'm helping cx to book, change and cancel their flight and calling Hotels, Car rental and Airlines for the approval of the changes. I have also done cold calling as a virtual assistant for a Real Estate Investors. Everyday I'm calling all the possible seller listed in the campaign to get possible seller. Also setting appointment follow ups for those who are scheduled for meeting or callbacks.
