I possess a solid work history in office operations, management, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, supervising office staff, customer service, and finance and purchasing. Additionally, I have extensive knowledge in a wide variety of PC software programs such as MSOffice, (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Access), and Windows operating system. I owned and operated a skin care website for approximately seven years. I created the website from scratch using html/CSS. My marketing techniques were article submissions, blogging, and social media platforms. I worked 27 years at Michigan Tech University. I started there as a data entry operator and progressed upward to Director of Purchasing and Finance in the Vice President of Administration office. During my tenure at Michigan Tech I took advantage of their education program and completed approximately two years of college in the Business Admin/Management Information systems degree program. During my tenure at Michigan Tech University I served on the following committees and attend various workshops as listed below: Lastly, I have managed manufactured home communities for 10 years. As a community manager problem solving skills and providing great customer service are critical for retention and recruitment. I believe in taking pride in your work and possess strong work ethics.
