As a Voice over artist I used to do the following : - A pleasant voice, good diction and solid microphone techniques are important - Interpreting Scripts - to absorb the idea envisioned by the writer. He works under the - Characterization – He/She has to bring out the personality of a character through his - Collaboration – He/She has to collaborate with the staff, especially the director and voice engineer, of a production to deliver a quality piece of work. Voice actors usually record pieces in studios and receive instructions from the director on what to improve. Qualities, such as patience and good listening skills, assist a voice actor in implementing the instructions of the director during recording sessions. He / She must also work with the voice engineer to discover the microphones that best accentuate his tone.
