• Preparation of design philosophy, plan & program as per client’s idea and concept. • Heat Load Calculations • Psychometric Analysis • Use of Heat Pipe & Energy Recoveries • Designing of Duct, Pipe & Air Distribution Systems • Kitchen Hood Make-Up & Extract Air Design • Ventilation System Design • A.C Equipment Selection • Reviewing Equipment Submittals • Duct Pressure Drop Calculations • Visiting the sites for supervision and execution of the Mechanical services as per approved drawings and the site conditions. • Preparation of Technical Specification of Equipment, Installation details and complete information for Tendering of Projects. • Designing of plumbing and firefighting services as per NFPA and authority regulation. • Through study of the design and construction drawing related to the structural, architectural and MEP services. • Approval of the shop drawings and material submittals. • Visiting the sites for supervision and execution of the Mechanical services as per approved drawings and the site conditions. • Attending the meetings with client and other representatives on site for the progress and coordination of various services related to project.
