Over the last eleven years, I have developed a broad knowledge of online business. My skills include site design, information architecture, usability, ecommerce, content management, production, web standards, internet marketing and merchandising. Prior to starting a consulting company, I worked at two prominent electronics retailers where I led the web site design team. In these positions, I worked closely with marketing teams, merchandising teams, IT front-end and back-end coding teams, and worked closely with senior management on strategic planning. I started my career as a web designer and quickly rose to the position of design manager. As design manager, I helped forge internet advertising relationships with the big three advertising portals.
