I build full-scale service platforms where customers, service providers, and operations teams all interact through a single system.
One example is a large service marketplace platform developed for Servu in Saudi Arabia. The platform allows customers to request services such as water delivery, pipeline repairs, and other infrastructure-related work through a web and mobile interface.
Behind the scenes, the system manages the full operational workflow — from request creation and service dispatch to delivery verification and administrative management. Drivers and technicians receive assignments through the system, while operations teams monitor activity through internal dashboards.
The platform includes customer applications, provider workflows, dispatch logic, backend APIs, and administrative tools that keep the entire service ecosystem running smoothly.
I designed the overall system architecture and implemented the core backend and web platform, ensuring the system could handle real operational workloads and multiple user roles.
