Natural Hazard Disclosure System. This was a system that included every step of processing residential natural hazard disclosures for the California market. From order entry (internet adn internal customer service systems), order and progress tracking, statistics management, creation of GIS (computerized mapping) databases automated GIS systems for evaluating a parcel, integrated QA/QC systems, creation of PDF and automated distribution of reports via fax/e-mail/print. The system was highly automated with extensive use of ASP, SQL Server, MSMQ and DCOM. This system eveloved over a period of 5 years from a system in which an employee would pul out paper maps to evaluate a property to an entirely computerized system which is 70% automated. Environmental Radius Search Report system. This software take a database of over 330,000 environmental hazard sites and maps them so that the user can retrieve a report of those sites that are in proximity of his property.
