Weekly Leadership Meeting Facilitation

$45/hr Starting at $125

Most leadership teams meet every week. Far fewer decide anything in that hour.

I run the meeting so it produces decisions and owners instead of updates, and I keep the open items moving between sessions.

WHAT I RUN

A fixed, timed agenda, so the meeting ends when it says it will

A scorecard read at the top: the numbers each owner is responsible for, on track or off, with no discussion unless a number is off

Quarterly priorities reviewed against their owners rather than against the calendar

The bulk of the hour spent on the two or three issues that actually matter, taken to a decision rather than a conversation

A written summary after every session listing what was decided, who owns it, and by when

Chasing the open items between meetings, so the next session starts from progress instead of from a repeat

WHAT CHANGES

Issues that used to circle for months either get solved or get consciously parked. The meeting stops being the place where work is reported and becomes the place where it is unblocked.

HOW IT WORKS

Weekly, ninety minutes, on an ongoing basis. If your team has no scorecard or priorities yet, I will build those first as a separate piece of work rather than pretending the meeting alone will fix it.

WHO THIS IS FOR

Founder-led teams of 5 to 50 in service businesses, agencies, SaaS companies, clinics and multi-site operations. Familiar with EOS, Scaling Up or Pinnacle, or not familiar with any of them, both are fine.

BACKGROUND

MBA with 10 years in business management and operations. ClickUp Certified. ISO Quality Management Systems certified. Lean Six Sigma certified (CSSC). Google Project Management Certificate. Trained in the EOS, Scaling Up and Pinnacle operating systems.
