Supports the Government of the Philippines (GoP) in institutionalizing the national financial framework for resiliency called Risk Resiliency and Sustainability Program (RRSP); Supports the GoP in the consultative process of RRSP in order to secure an inclusive cross-sector, cross-level dialogue and/or consensus across key stakeholders in the preparation and implementation of the RRSP.
