I am a part-time virtual assistant. I have managed facebook pages and groups to create brand awareness and have made engagements there. Editing and creating images to be posted online and making descriptions for every image has also been part of it. I have also had an E-Commerce experience. I uploaded photos of products with details. I had also managed a WordPress site before. Creating posts and pages. Online Lead Generation. I also had gathered leads. I collected the names of sellers and possible buyers online. I have managed and handled G-Mails accounts before. Making them more organized affects work efficiency and searching becomes easier. Being able to use Microsoft office from elementary, I have elevated it by learning G-Suites and Google Drive. With Google Drive, we have been able to make work easier. It saves automatically online and is easy for collaborative and real-time works. I was able to use my knowledge in Google Drive as well and we have created a Database for our Persons With Disabilities Organization. With it, we were able to reduce workload by around 50 % by reducing the door-to-door collection of information everytime we need data. I have included graphs and charts in our database for interpretation. And for automatic update everytime new data has been inputted or entered, I have incorporated formulas and functions in it. I am a systematic and orderly type of person. I love putting things in order. My systematic nature is evident in the database I have created for our organization using just Google Drive. My leadership is democratic. As an officer of an organization of PWD's (Specifically as a President), I, together with other officers, am responsible for creating proposals of programs and activities. Believing in a democratic process, my leadership style is consulting people first before deciding what actions we have to take. But my style may vary depending on the situation. As Virtual Assistant, I help busy professionals and businessmen reduce their workload. Repetitive, tedious, routinary tasks could be taken care of by us. As a result, they have more time focussing on other tasks like focusing more on their business or families.
