Breaking language barriers, creating business solutions
Hans Perschel is a multilingual customer experience professional turned early-stage builder. With 10+ years at Volvo Cars, Proximus, Scarlet, Emma Sleep, Amazon, and Bol, he learned how to handle high-volume support with calm, clarity, and ownership while using tools like Freshdesk, Shopify, and SEO to solve problems fast and leave customers genuinely satisfied.
Today he is transitioning into digital entrepreneurship and content IP. He is developing Lily’s Magical Playland, a daily AI-assisted children’s YouTube channel, and researching scalable business opportunities in Southeast Asia with a focus on lean, high-leverage models.
Hans also works on innovation concepts like EcoTrace, proposing NFC + blockchain verification to restore trust in carbon credits through onsite proof and transparent ledgers.
He communicates across cultures (including conversational Khmer) and brings a mix of empathy, structure, and creative drive into every project. His trajectory is clear: move from delivering value inside companies to building assets, media, and systems of his own.
