Work Terms

Work Terms & Operating Procedure
1. Operating Procedure (My Process):
Briefing: We begin with a detailed project brief to align on your vision, target audience, and goals.
Phased Delivery: For combined projects, I follow a logical workflow: Deep Research → Script Outline → Final Graphic Design. This ensures every visual is backed by solid data.
Revisions: Your satisfaction is a priority. I offer 5 rounds of revisions per project to fine-tune the details until they are perfect.
2. Turnaround Time:
Quick Tasks: Single graphics or short scripts are typically delivered within 24–48 hours.
Full Projects: Research-heavy scripts or complex design sets usually require 3–5 business days.
Emergency/Rush delivery is available upon request for an additional fee.
3. Communication & Availability:
Availability: I am active daily during the following hours:
IST: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Europe (CEST): 11:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Response Time: Expect a reply within 1–2 hours during my active window.
Preferred Channels: I prefer communicating through the platform’s messenger to keep all project details and files in one secure place.
4. Payment & Ownership:
Payments: I work exclusively through milestone-based payments. A deposit or milestone activation is required to begin the research phase.
Rights: Upon final payment, you hold 100% commercial ownership of all deliverables.
Files: I provide high-resolution exports (PNG, PDF) and raw source files (AI, PSD, or Docx) as per the agreed package.
