Work Terms

💼 Standard Work Terms & Conditions
1. Project Scope & Requirements
Clear Briefing: Before any work begins, all project requirements, designs, and features must be explicitly agreed upon in writing.

Scope Creep: Any extra features, pages, or revisions requested outside the original agreement will be treated as a separate milestone or billed as an additional add-on service.

2. Milestone-Based Payments
Fixed-Price Projects: Work will be broken down into clear milestones (e.g., Wireframe Design, Development, Final Testing & Delivery).

Payment Release: Each milestone payment must be funded in escrow before work on that specific phase begins and released upon successful completion of that phase.

Hourly Contracts: For hourly roles, all tracking must go through the platform’s official time tracker tool, with weekly updates provided on hours used.

3. Client Revisions & Feedback
Revision Limit: Standard contracts include 3 rounds of revisions within the agreed scope to ensure the final product meets expectations.

Response Time: To maintain project timelines, the client agrees to provide feedback on drafts or milestones within 48–72 hours. Delays in feedback may extend the final delivery date.

4. Client Assets & Content Delivery
Content Provision: The client is responsible for providing all necessary website copy, high-resolution product images, brand logos, and specific login credentials (hosting/domain) required to build the site.

Copyrights: The client guarantees that all text, images, and assets provided for the website are owned by them or properly licensed.

5. Final Delivery, Handover & Support
Ownership Transfer: Full intellectual property rights and website ownership are transferred entirely to the client once final payment is successfully cleared.
