Work Terms
Appstechy Solution follows a structured and professional workflow to ensure high-quality project delivery and smooth collaboration with all clients.
Availability:
We are available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (IST).
All client messages are responded to within 5-6 hours.
Communication:
Communication will be conducted through Guru messages, email, or scheduled video calls.
Regular progress updates will be provided throughout the project.
Payment Terms:
Payments must be made through Guru SafePay only.
Projects are divided into milestones, each released upon approval of the completed stage.
Work begins once the initial milestone is funded.
Project Delivery:
All work is delivered professionally under the standards of Appstechy Solution.
Final deliverables are handed over once the final payment is released.
Revisions:
We offer revisions based on the agreed project scope.
Additional revisions or new feature requests outside the scope will require a separate quote.
Confidentiality:
Appstechy Solution maintains strict confidentiality of all client data, project files, and business information.
Support & Maintenance:
Post-delivery support is provided based on the mutually agreed terms.
