Payment Terms:-
A partial payment is required before the commencement of the agreed work or engagement, with the remaining balance payable upon completion of the agreed deliverables.
If Riyob is unable to commence the agreed engagement or provide the agreed service, the advance payment will be refunded to the client, subject to the terms agreed at the time of engagement.
All payment terms, milestones, and deliverables will be clearly communicated and mutually agreed upon before work begins.
