Work Terms

1. Payment Structure :
• Milestones: Projects are divided into clear milestones (e.g., Design, Frontend, Backend, Testing).
• Upfront Deposit: A 25%–50% deposit is required to initiate work on any new project.
• Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before the final handover of source files/deployment.

2. Scope & Revisions:
• Revisions: Each milestone includes up to 2 rounds of minor revisions. Major changes to the original project scope will require a separate quote.
• Support: I offer a 7-day post-delivery support window to fix any bugs or deployment issues related to the agreed-upon scope.

3. Communication:
• Availability: I am available Monday through Friday. I aim to respond to all messages within 12–24 hours.
• Primary Channel: All project-related communication should stay within this platform (or via email/Discord if preferred) to ensure a clear paper trail.

4. Ownership
• IP Rights: Full intellectual property rights and source code ownership transfer to the client immediately upon receipt of the final payment.
