Work Terms
Availability: I am available Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Sri Lanka Standard Time (SLST, UTC+5:30). This corresponds to 10:30 PM – 5:30 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST). For requests outside these hours, please inform me.
Services Offered: As a graphic designer and 3D generalist, I provide these services separately or in combination based on your project needs. Graphic design includes Social media posts, logos, branding, and print/digital assets.3D services cover modeling, texturing, Animation and rendering.
Payment Terms: A 25% deposit is required upfront for projects exceeding $100, with the balance due upon final delivery and approval. Payments are accepted via Guru's secure platform or PayPal, Milestone payments can be arranged for larger projects.
Communication and Revisions:I prefer to conduct initial consultations via Guru messaging. Each project includes up to three rounds of revisions at no additional cost. The number of revisions may vary depending on the task — for example, a single social media post includes up to three revisions, while a package of six posts includes up to 6 revisions per post. Please provide all necessary references and materials at the start of the project.
Delivery:
The standard turnaround time is 1–5 business days for graphic design projects and 5–7 business days for 3D projects. Timelines can be customized based on your specific needs.
