Work Terms

1. Communication
All communication will be handled through Guru, email, or your preferred messaging platform. I typically respond within 12–24 hours on business days.

2. Project Scope & Requirements
Before starting any work, I require a clear outline of the project objectives, access to necessary accounts or data, and any branding guidelines you want followed.

3. Deliverables
All deliverables (email campaigns, automation setups, reports, or revisions) will be shared in organized formats and delivered within the agreed timeline.

4. Revisions
Each project includes up to two rounds of revisions to ensure satisfaction. Additional revisions can be added for an extra fee.

5. Turnaround Time
Standard delivery is 2–5 business days, depending on the project size. Urgent or same-day delivery may incur an extra fee.

6. Tools & Platforms
I work with MailerLite, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, and other platforms. Client access must be provided securely when required.

7. Payments
Payments are processed through Guru’s SafePay system. Work begins once the milestone is funded. Final files and handover occur after payment release.

8. Confidentiality
All project information, data, and marketing materials remain strictly confidential and are never shared with third parties.

9. Ownership
Upon full payment, all final assets (emails, automation setups, designs, reports, etc.) become the client’s property.

10. Ongoing Support
I offer optional ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and optimization services for clients who want continuous support.
