Work Terms
🕐 Hours of Operation:
Monday – Saturday | 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (WAT, UTC+1)
I typically respond to messages within 2–4 hours during business
hours.
💳 Payment Terms:
I work through Guru's SafePay system exclusively — this protects
both parties and ensures smooth, secure transactions.
For fixed-price projects: 50% upfront milestone before work
begins, 50% upon final delivery and approval.
For hourly projects: Weekly billing through Guru's Time Tracker,
invoiced every Friday.
For larger projects ($500): Milestone-based payment schedule
agreed upon before kickoff.
📋 Project Kickoff:
Every engagement begins with a clear scope document so we're
fully aligned on deliverables, timelines, and success criteria
before work starts. No surprises.
🔄 Revisions:
All projects include up to 2 rounds of revisions. Additional
revisions are billed at my standard hourly rate of $20/hr.
✅ Communication Style:
I prefer clear, professional communication via Guru messaging.
I provide regular progress updates and welcome feedback at every
