Work Terms
. Project Scope and Agreement
Scope Definition: All project work will be strictly governed by the detailed scope document or proposal agreed upon and signed by both parties prior to commencement.
Change Requests : Any requests for work or features that fall outside the initial agreed-upon scope must be submitted as a formal Change Request (CR). CRs will be quoted separately based on the estimated time and complexity, and work will only proceed upon written agreement and payment of any necessary deposit.
2. Communication and Client Responsibilities
Availability: The client agrees to be reasonably available for feedback, clarification, and approvals throughout the project timeline. Delays caused by slow client response may result in an extension of the project timeline.
Content Provision: The client is responsible for providing all necessary text, images, logos, and media files required for the website development. Delays in providing content will directly affect the project timeline.
3. Payment Structure and Billing
Billing Method: Projects will be billed on either a Fixed Price or Hourly Rate basis, as specified in the agreed-upon proposal.
Fixed Price Projects: Require a [ Percentage, of 50%] upfront deposit to commence work. The remaining balance is due upon project completion, prior to final deployment and handover.
Invoicing: All invoices will be submitted via the Guru.com platform or another mutually agreed-upon method.
4. Deliverables and Ownership
Final Deliverables: Upon receipt of the final payment, the client will receive all necessary files, databases, credentials, and full administrative to the developed website.
