I do have an experience in customer service , front line and marketing since years 2012. So from hotel line im going to learn about marketing for bridal side which is as a wedding consultant. I am main person who will manage an event and give any advice and the best decision to my client for make sure their big days all in a good ways . I do provide service and research for their needed to make they satisfy . In the same time i will do coordinate them during that day and make sure everything follow accordingly . Sometime during wedding festival , im doing sales with promoting my vendor. Handling complain from customer is not a big matter for my side due to they deserve the best service and worth it . Somemore even i am just new in this product but service provided is just same as what do i get since im being a gsa , reservations with travel agents and being supervisors to monitor all staff as per SOP provided. Now As Sale Manager , i do also being an event coordinator and consultantcy mostly to manage on any events mostly on wedding occasions . Consult client and go deal with vendor is not easy as what people thought , each person have to get strategy how to make sure we holding them till last event . Dealing with government sector also being a part of my task which is do provided quotation for any equipments and also for catering side.
