Work Terms
Communication: We value clear and timely communication with our clients. We are available to discuss any issues or concerns that you may have during the project. Our primary mode of communication is via email and we also offer phone, Skype and Zoom calls.
Project Management: We use a project management system to ensure the smooth and efficient progress of your project. We provide regular progress reports and updates to our clients and encourage their feedback and input throughout the project.
Timeframe: We strive to complete each project within the agreed timeframe. The timeline for each project will be agreed upon during the initial consultation phase.
Payment: We require a 50% deposit upfront before commencing work on your project. The remaining 50% will be due upon project completion. We accept payment via bank transfer or PayPal.
Revisions: We understand that revisions may be necessary to ensure your satisfaction with the final product. We offer up to two rounds of revisions at no additional cost.
Confidentiality: We respect the confidentiality and privacy of our clients and ensure that all client information is kept confidential and secure.
Ownership: Upon completion of the project and receipt of final payment, all ownership and rights to the project will be transferred to the client.
Warranty: We provide a 30-day warranty period for any issues or defects that arise following the completion of the project. Any additional support or maintenance can be provided upon request for an additional fee.
