Work Terms

Availability: Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm ET. Typical turnaround for small scopes: 3–5 business days.

• Communication: Primary via Guru messages and email; optional Slack for active projects. Weekly status updates; response within 24 hours.

• Process: Discovery → scope & milestones → wireframes → high‑fidelity design → handoff/implementation (Framer/Webflow). Client feedback within 48 hours to maintain timelines.

• Deliverables: Figma files, components, design system tokens, export assets; for builds, live site + CMS setup + basic SEO.
• Revisions: 2 rounds per milestone included; additional rounds billed hourly.

• Payment: SafePay escrow prior to start; 50% upfront for fixed‑price projects, balance on delivery.
Hourly work billed weekly.
• Rates: Hourly for iterative work; fixed bids for defined scopes. Rush/scope changes quoted separately.

• IP & Credits: Final deliverables transfer upon full payment; portfolio usage permitted unless NDA.
• NDA & Privacy: Happy to sign mutual NDA; client data kept confidential.

• Holidays: Canadian statutory holidays observed.
