Work Terms

As a dedicated graphic designer, my goal is to deliver exceptional results that bring your vision to life. To ensure a smooth and successful collaboration, here are my general work terms:

Pricing Structure: My standard rate is $5 per hour. For fixed-price projects, the minimum project fee is $25. All project fees will be clearly outlined in a detailed proposal or quote specific to your project's scope.

Clear Scope: Each project begins with a clear scope of work that defines the deliverables (e.g., number of logo concepts, specific design elements, final file types). This ensures we're both on the same page from the start.

Revision Rounds: Most projects include 2-3 rounds of revisions. This allows for adjustments based on your feedback. Any revisions beyond the agreed-upon number may incur an additional charge, quoted separately.

Timely Feedback: To keep your project on schedule, please provide consolidated feedback within the agreed-upon timeframe.

Communication: I primarily use the Guru platform's messaging system for all project-related communication to ensure everything is documented. I aim to respond to messages within 1-2 business days during my working hours.

Final Files: Upon final payment release via SafePay, you'll receive the completed design files in the agreed-upon formats (e.g., print-ready PDFs, web-ready JPEGs/PNGs). Original editable source files are generally not included unless specified and agreed upon in the project quote.

Content & Assets: Please provide all necessary text, high-quality images, and any existing brand guidelines promptly. Delays in receiving these materials may affect the project timeline.

Proofreading: You are responsible for final proofreading and approval of all content and designs before finalization.
