1. Hours of Operation
Standard Availability: Monday – Friday,
Response Time: Typically respond to all inquiries within 2–4 business hours.
Reporting Cycles: Weekly deep-dive reports are delivered every Sunday, and Monday,
with monthly strategic audits delivered by the 3rd of the following month.
2. Preferred Communication Style
Primary Channels: For project and documentation, I prefer Gmail or What's app.
Strategic Meetings: I am available for one video consultation (Zoom/Google Meet) per week to discuss data trends and operational adjustments.

3. Payment Terms
