Virtual Assistant/ Customer Service Representative

Over the past decade, I have cultivated a diverse set of skills across technical support, customer service, and content creation, which has equipped me with a well-rounded perspective and a robust problem-solving ability. My professional journey has spanned various roles, each adding depth to my expertise and enhancing my adaptability.

In technical support, I spent three years troubleshooting networking devices for Linksys, where I developed a keen ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues. My experience also includes a year assisting customers with vacation bookings, car rentals, and hotel reservations at Expedia, where I honed my skills in customer interaction and service excellence. Additionally, I have a year of experience with HP, troubleshooting printers and up-selling ink and paper products, and a year and a half of supporting eBay Australia members through chat, phone, and email for a variety of concerns.

I have also engaged in content creation and moderation, with two years dedicated to writing book reviews for a prestigious U.S.-based website and a year and a half as a Content Moderator for Meta. In these roles, I developed a strong command of clear, impactful communication and a meticulous eye for detail. My experience extends to virtual assistance, where I edited content for advertising and managed short-term projects such as making outgoing calls for product campaigns and booking transportation services for Coventry Canada and iCars USA.

In specialized customer service roles, I served as a Patient Service Representative for American Medical Center in Guam, assisting with appointment scheduling and rescheduling. I also worked as a Customer Service Specialist for Fresh Start Financial Group, where I supported clients with their credit reports. My role at Menulog Australia involved managing food orders and handling restaurant owner queries, further demonstrating my versatility.
