Akanksha is a hospitality professional, entrepreneur, and consultant with a background in the food and beverage industry (hotels, restaurants, cafes, gourmet retail) and a Masters degree in Hospitality Management from the Cornell School of Hotel Administration.
During these years, Akanksha has worked on assignments including but not limited to to pre-opening, menu engineering, wine and beverage management, customer loyalty management, enhancing operational and service efficiency, recruiting and hiring, training, consumer insight, brand online reputation management, and social media strategy with companies such as Taj Hotels, Intercontinental, Four Seasons, Di Bruno Bros., and Saxbys Coffee.
Akanksha likes to work with pride, passion and a purpose. She is known to be organized, analytical, detail oriented, holistic, strategic, focused, innovative, and collaborative in her operating style. Her background in operations and marketing helps her utilize an “experiential” approach in decision making which has helped her achieve consistent financial success in all her endeavors.
Available to work on short or long term projects for 10-30 hours a week. I believe in productivity versus work hours billed.
