Work Terms
Hours of Operations:
Services will be available during regular business hours (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, USA Timezone). Emergency response and off-hours support may be negotiated separately.
Payment Terms:
Payment shall be made according to the agreed-upon terms, typically within 15 days of invoice receipt. Invoices will be provided upon completion of milestones or on a monthly basis.
Travel:
Travel for on-site consultations, assessments, or project implementation may be required. Travel expenses, including transportation, accommodation, and meals, will be covered by the client. Travel arrangements and costs will be discussed and agreed upon in advance.
Food and Lodging:
Client will provide suitable accommodation and cover meal expenses during on-site engagements. Dietary preferences or restrictions should be communicated in advance.
Preferred Communication:
Communication will primarily take place via e-mail, Microsoft Teams or Phone calls. Timely responses to queries, clarifications, and progress updates are expected from both parties.
