Work Terms

Communication:
I am committed to clear and prompt communication. All project-related discussions and file sharing will be conducted through the Guru platform to ensure transparency and record-keeping. I generally respond within a few hours during business hours (JST).

Payment & Billing:
To ensure mutual protection, I require the use of Guru SafePay for all projects.

Fixed-Price Projects: Milestones should be funded before work begins for each phase.

Hourly Projects: Hours will be logged accurately through the Guru tracker.

Availability & Workflow:

Schedule: Flexible availability from Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend support for urgent matters.

Process: Requirement gathering → Proposal/Estimation → Milestone Funding → Development → Feedback/Testing → Final Delivery.

Updates: I provide regular progress reports (weekly or bi-weekly depending on the project scale).

Revisions & Support:

Up to 2 rounds of minor revisions are included, provided they fall within the original project scope.

Post-launch support is available for bug fixes related to the delivered code for 14 days after project completion.
