I'm a professional fully chartered in Nigeria. I finished from the University of Lagos in1988 with Masters in Environmental Design in Architecture, having bagged an honorary bachelors 4 years earlier.
My experience since graduation have been varied as I move around a lot. Nearly ten firms of Architects and thankfully have many useful skills in the process. I swim and dance, played Chess a lot until lately when time hardly permits.
Today, I use most of the industry's latest software primarily:-
Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit, Graphisoft's ArchiCad, Vray and Lumion
Other Rendering and Modeling Packages:
3d Studio, Rhinoceros, Vector Works, Solidworks and Landscaping add-ins to complete most of Planning and design Proposals.
As an individual, I personally manage many teams and will remain the points person on this platform for all jobs.
We currently have a couple of on going project but certainly not enough to deny our on-line employers from employing us.
I'm mostly interested in large scale projects although those quick wins are my personal favorites. The Architectural Services is preferred when turnkey, but even small ones can be firmed out if need be.
I am able and willing at short notice to deliver Product, Landscape, Civil and Building Design,3d Modelling, basic Drafting and Presentation Services to our Employers 10 Hours minimum a Day Six Days weekly.

Work Terms
Often, my final fees may not be foreseen at the start, but shortly after the entire scope of the job is known, an agreed final figure on such fees will be clear. These will be affordable and within budget, since my overheads in Nigeria is low, a factor that should make me more competitive.
The design process when necessary employs the first principles, from the bubbles through all analysis to the final designs. Maximum attention is paid to clients brief and preferences in developing a design concept and philosophy.
Should cost estimates be required for the execution at any stage, a bill can be generated for you and would be adjusted should there be a change in the scope of the works as it often happens. A completion time frame would likewise be attached, but these are factors dependent on choice of contractor and project cash flows, and lastly the efficiency of the supervising team which I’m prepared to head.
A works program will be developed ahead of this stage which will be based on my nearly Forty years’ experience. It is not likely that you would request construction stage services, but should there be such a request, ample time for visas, and travel arrangements should be planned and must not be less than 100 days with all travel expenses paid up front.
