After completing my Master’s degree in Sociology, I began my career with BRAC, one of the world’s largest NGOs, where I spent over two decades managing community development programs, coordinating field operations, monitoring data accuracy, and ensuring the successful implementation of social projects. Hours of Operation:
I am available Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Bangladesh Standard Time). However, I maintain flexibility to adjust my schedule based on the client’s time zone and project urgency. For long-term collaborations or projects with strict deadlines, I am open to extended or weekend hours when needed.

Communication:
I prefer to maintain clear and consistent communication throughout every stage of the project. Clients can reach me easily through Guru messages, email, or Zoom/Google Meet for discussions and progress updates. I believe in prompt responses and provide regular progress reports to keep clients informed and confident about the work.

Payment Terms:
All payments should be processed securely through Guru’s SafePay system to ensure mutual protection. I typically prefer milestone-based or hourly payments, depending on the project type and scope. For new clients, an initial milestone is appreciated before project commencement. I ensure all deliverables meet agreed-upon quality standards before requesting final payment.

Revisions and Quality Assurance:
Client satisfaction is my priority. I offer unlimited minor revisions within the project scope until the client is fully satisfied. Every task undergoes a thorough quality check to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
